A lovely old Tuareg necklace called "chachatte" from the region of Agadez in Niger composed of silver incised pendants strung on a strand of black seed and pressed dark glass beads at the center. It both has strong resonance with antiquity and an easy modernity. Great on its own or to layer with a messy pile of chains.
