Turkmen jewelry always has a baroque sensibility to me, with a rich color palette and ornate design. These cuffs fit firmly in the traditional vernacular but has a more ornate engraving and finial style than most. The delicacy of the filigree work on the front is also notable as well as the fresh red glow of the carnelians.
Well suited for larger wrists.
